How does the box delivery schedule work?

Every plan delivers one box per month, regardless of which plan you choose. The difference between plans is simply how many months you are signed up for. The Monthly plan continues until you cancel. The 2-Month plan delivers 2 boxes over 2 months then stops automatically. The 3-Month delivers 3 boxes over 3 months, the 6-Month delivers 6 boxes over 6 months (one per month), and the Annual delivers all 12 boxes, one each month for a full year covering all 12 cultural themes.

What is the difference between 2-month and 3-month plans?

Both are one-time upfront payments, not recurring. The 2-Month plan gets you 2 boxes for $60, and the 3-Month gets you 3 boxes for $87. Once the boxes are delivered your subscription ends automatically, no cancellation needed. If you love it, you can resubscribe to any plan.

Can I cancel my monthly subscription anytime?

Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard with no fees or penalties. Cancel before the 5th of the month to avoid being charged for the next box.

Can I skip a month?

Yes. Log into your account and select "Skip this month" at least 5 days before your billing date. No explanation needed.

When does my box ship?

Subscriptions ship on the [X] of each month. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as it's on its way.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
